It is the butter of Chinese cuisine prized for its ability to add rich, savory depth to wok stir-fries, sautéed vegetables, all Chinese baked goods, pastries, and so much more! Loved universally across cultures, it will also make the flakiest biscuits, pie-crusts, cookies, pastries, and even produce amazing textures for tortillas as well as other flatbreads.
